Pak Navy, Royal Navy conduct joint exercises

 


ISLAMABAD
: Pakistan Navy (PN) and Royal Navy (RN) UK, carried out bilateral Naval workout WHITE STAR 2020 in North Arabian Sea and Passage Exercise in Gulf of Aden. In workout WHITE STAR 2020 at North Arabian sea, Pakistan Navy Ships ZULFIQUAR and DEHSHAT, PN Aviation mounted and rotary plane and PAF JF-17 fighter participated with Royal Navy Ship HMS ARGYLL.


Pakistan Navy Ship SAIF and Royal Navy Ship HMS ARGYLL engaged in Passage exercise at Gulf of Aden while the ships were deployed for Maritime Security Operations.

The primary function of naval exercises between PN and RN used to be to further beef up collaboration via mutual trade of revel in and improve interoperability between the two navies. The exercises coated a spread of naval operations encompassing anti floor and anti air war, manoeuvring and verbal exchange workouts to supply optimum coaching.These workouts are a sworn statement of PN’s resolve to contribute against regional peace and stability. The workouts would further enhance bilateral cooperation and relations between the Pakistani and UK navies
